YOGA RETREAT IN MAGICAL THAILAND

- Our retreat in Koh Samui includes accommodation in luxurious rooms, delicious and nourishing meals (brunch and dinner), 5-7 hours of instructor lead yoga and meditation classes per day.
- The journey from Sweden to our paradise takes about 15 hours. From the airport, it is only 20 min to our center– notify us of your arrival time and we will help you with transfer.
- On the first day of the retreat we meet on the yogamat around 5 pm. The last morning we meet for a morning class and brunch before saying our goodbyes around 12 am.
- We live in single or double rooms situated right next to the beach, overlooking the blue water of the gulf of Thailand.
- We recommend that you check your home insurance includes travel insurance – always good to know that help is available if misfortune were to occur.
A DAY WITH THE SOUL SPACE

As the sun rises, we meet in silence to wake up our bodies with some shaking and meditation at the cliffs. Thereafter, we take some time for journaling and enjoying some fresh tropical fruit on the beach. Up until now we have been breathing together in silence – a beautiful and self-exploratory way to start the day

After some journaling it is time to say hello to the body on a deeper level. A slow morning practice, where we by using organic movement, aim to massage every part of our body. Just as this healing session comes to an end, you begin to notice the scent of an irresistible brunch. We break the silence and enjoy this healthy and yummy food together. After, fully satisfied, we relax under a palm tree, go for a swim or treat the body with a soothing thaimassage.

In the early afternoon, it is time to met on the mat again, this time for a flowing practice. A class where we have the Vinyasa Flow Yoga as a base, but we are letting go of performance, perfection, and the pursuit of attaining a future goal to instead completely arrive into our bodies – turning off the outside for a while. This sweaty session lasts until the sun sets, painting the sky with bright colors. After a refreshing shower we gather around the long table for a fantastic dinner, which will be loved by both your body and taste buds. In the evening we meet again for our last restorative yin class together before being cradled to sleep by the ocean waves.
